If you have a problem with an order, contact MiGame support first so we can investigate the payment and delivery status. Include your order number, product name, email address and a clear description of the issue.
How MiGame handles complaints
MiGame reviews the order record, payment status and delivery history. If a digital or physical product is defective, damaged, incorrect or was not delivered as agreed, MiGame provides the remedy required by law, such as correction, replacement, price reduction, refund or another appropriate solution.
Finnish consumer help
If the issue cannot be resolved with MiGame support, Finnish consumers may contact Consumer Advisory Services. If needed, the matter can then be taken to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Finnish law applies to these terms and purchases.
