Where is my code?
Check your customer account first. Paid orders show digital delivery status and order details there. If the code is missing after payment, contact support with the order number.
How long does delivery take?
Many digital products are delivered quickly after payment. Some orders need supplier confirmation or manual review before release.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on whether the digital item has been delivered, issued, revealed, redeemed, or is defective. Contact support with the order number.
I used the wrong email. What should I do?
Contact support immediately with the payment time and the correct email address. Do not send full card numbers.
Payment failed but I was charged.
Send support the payment time, customer email, and any order number shown. We will check the payment provider status.
How do I change my password?
Sign in, open Account settings, then Change password. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset page.
