Digital product refunds
Returns and refunds
Digital products are different from physical goods. A digital code, link, balance or software key may become usable immediately after delivery.
Before delivery
If the digital product has not yet been delivered or issued, the customer may contact support to request cancellation.
After delivery has started
If the customer has expressly requested immediate delivery of digital content, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery has started. This is shown at checkout before the customer confirms the order.
Defective digital products
If a delivered code, link, top-up or software key does not work, MiGame will investigate the issue with the supplier. If the product is defective and the customer has followed the redemption instructions, MiGame will provide a replacement, repair, refund or other legally required remedy.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be refused when the digital product has been delivered correctly, has been redeemed, or cannot be cancelled because the code or link has already been issued and is usable.
How to request help
Contact support with your order number, product name, email address and a clear description of the problem. Include screenshots of error messages when possible.
Expected handling
MiGame reviews refund requests against payment status, delivery status, supplier/issuer rules, product condition, and applicable consumer rights.
Request refund help
Include your order number, product name, customer email, and a clear description. Digital products may not be refundable after a code, link, balance, or key has been delivered or revealed unless the product is defective or consumer law requires another remedy.
