A digital product may work only in certain countries, account regions, platforms or issuer ecosystems. A code intended for one region may fail on an account registered in another region.

Before ordering, check the product title, country/region field, platform field, redemption instructions and issuer terms.

The customer is responsible for checking that the product matches the account, platform and region where it will be redeemed. If you are unsure, contact support before purchase.

Contact support with the order number, product name, account region, platform and a screenshot of the error message. MiGame will review the order and provide the remedy required by law where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
