How MiGame delivery works
MiGame sells digital goods. After secure checkout, your receipt and delivery status are saved to your customer account and delivery continues through the appropriate digital workflow.
How delivery works
After payment, MiGame creates an order record, confirms payment status, and starts the delivery workflow for the product you purchased. Depending on the product, delivery may be a code, link, account-visible status, top-up confirmation, or supplier-issued digital access.
Where to find your code and receipt
Your receipt and order status are available in your MiGame account. If a product has a code, link, or account delivery message, the order detail page is the first place to check. Order emails may also include status information.
Delayed delivery
Most digital products are prepared quickly after payment. Some products need supplier confirmation, issuer checks, or manual review. If the delivery status is still processing, keep the order number and check the account page for updates.
Manual review reasons
Manual review may happen if the order value, product type, payment status, supplier response, or delivery restrictions require an extra check before a code or digital item is released.

If your payment is confirmed but the code, gift card, or digital product does not arrive, contact support and include your order number, customer email, product name, and a short description of the problem.
