After payment confirmation, MiGame starts the correct delivery flow for each item. Digital products are delivered online. Printful makes, packs and ships physical products, with tracking shown in your account when available.

Digital delivery may be a code, link, account-visible status, top-up confirmation or issued access. A physical item is submitted to Printful only after payment; Printful then produces, packs and hands it to the carrier.
Where to find your receipt and delivery status
Your receipt and order status are available in your MiGame account. Digital delivery details and physical shipment tracking appear on the order page. MiGame also emails production, shipment and delivery updates when applicable.
Delivery times and shipping price
Many digital products are delivered quickly after payment confirmation. Physical-product shipping price and estimated delivery depend on the destination and the Printful service selected at checkout. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Why delivery may be delayed
Delivery may be delayed by payment confirmation, product review, Printful production, address issues, carrier disruptions or destination restrictions. The order page shows the latest known status.
Address and tracking
A complete delivery address and phone number are required for physical orders. Tracking appears after Printful dispatches the parcel. MiGame remains the seller and your contact for support.
When to contact support
Contact MiGame if a digital item is missing, a code or link does not work, tracking has not updated for an unusual time, or a physical item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and photos when the parcel or product is damaged.
