Scope
These terms apply to purchases made through MiGame.fi unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The terms in force when the order is placed apply to that order. Later changes do not alter an already concluded purchase unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
Produtos
MiGame sells digital products such as game credits, app-store value, mobile top-ups, gift cards, reward links and software keys, as well as original made-to-order physical goods such as mouse pads and desk mats. Product-specific delivery, redemption, size and destination restrictions may apply.
Prices and VAT
Public prices are consumer estimates for the selected tax country. The final net price, discount, tax and gross total are calculated from the truthful billing country and customer status immediately before payment.
Finnish VAT is charged where applicable. A valid EU business VAT ID accepted through VIES may use reverse charge. EU consumer taxation may follow Finnish origin rules, destination taxation through OSS or direct registration, or an approved EU cross-border SME exemption, according to MiGame's effective registrations and threshold data.
Sales outside the EU VAT territory do not include Finnish VAT. Destination-country VAT, GST or sales tax may still apply where MiGame has an active collection obligation. Conflicting country, payment or tax-ID details can place an order into manual review before delivery.
Payments
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is processed by the payment service provider. MiGame does not store full card numbers.
Order process
The customer must review the order, price, product details, delivery information and terms before confirming the order. After successful payment, MiGame creates an order record and sends or displays an order confirmation.
Entrega
Digital products are delivered by email, customer account, digital code, reward link, top-up confirmation or another online workflow. Delivery may begin immediately after payment confirmation or may require issuer confirmation or review.
Physical products are made to order, packed and shipped by Printful as MiGame's disclosed production and fulfillment partner. The destination-based shipping price and available service are shown before payment. Production begins only after payment confirmation, and tracking is shown on the order page when provided by the carrier. MiGame remains the seller and customer-support contact.
Correct information
The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address, digital account details and other information required for delivery. A physical order also requires the correct recipient name, delivery address and phone number. Incorrect details may cause delivery failure, delay or additional cost.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
Digital content may be delivered immediately after purchase. If the customer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins, the customer may lose the right to cancel the purchase after delivery has started.
Withdrawal and returns for physical goods
Consumers normally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for physical goods bought online, starting when the goods are received. Notify MiGame within that period and return the goods within 14 days after the notice. For a change-of-mind return, the customer normally pays return postage. Contact MiGame before sending anything and do not return an item directly to Printful without MiGame's instructions.
Made-to-order production does not remove statutory withdrawal rights unless a specific legal exception applies. This does not limit rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Defective products
If a digital product is defective, invalid or cannot be redeemed despite following the instructions, contact MiGame support. If a physical item is damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, contact MiGame promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. MiGame investigates and provides the remedy required by law, such as correction, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Restrictions and issuer rules
Products may be subject to country, platform, brand or account restrictions. The customer must use products according to the issuer's rules and redemption instructions.
Support and liability
Support requests should include the order number, product name and a clear description of the issue. MiGame is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect customer information, third-party platform outages, customer misuse, violation of issuer rules or events outside MiGame's reasonable control. This does not limit the customer's mandatory consumer rights.
Force majeure, disputes and updates
MiGame is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control. If a dispute cannot be resolved with customer support, the consumer may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, if necessary, the Consumer Disputes Board. These terms are governed by Finnish law. MiGame may update these terms when the service, delivery workflows or legal requirements change.
