Cancellation function
If your order is still eligible for cancellation, use the cancellation function on the order page. If the button is not available, contact support and include your order number.
Before delivery
If digital delivery has not started, contact support to request cancellation. For physical goods, you may notify MiGame of withdrawal before delivery; contact us promptly because Printful production can begin soon after payment.
Physical-product withdrawal and returns
Most physical goods bought online have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period beginning when the goods are received. Notify MiGame within that period and return the goods within 14 days after the notice.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer normally pays the return postage. Contact MiGame before sending anything; do not return an item directly to Printful without MiGame's instructions. The product may be examined as reasonably necessary, but diminished value caused by use beyond that may be deducted where permitted by law.
Damaged, incorrect or defective physical goods
Contact MiGame promptly with the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. MiGame investigates the issue with Printful and provides the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by law. MiGame covers the necessary return cost for a confirmed defect.
After delivery has started
If the customer has expressly requested immediate delivery of digital content, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery has started. This is shown at checkout before the customer confirms the order.
Defective digital products
If a delivered code, link, top-up or software key does not work, MiGame will investigate the issue. If the product is defective and the customer has followed the redemption instructions, MiGame will provide a replacement, repair, refund or other legally required remedy.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be refused when the digital product has been delivered correctly, has been redeemed, or cannot be cancelled because the code or link has already been issued and is usable.
This does not limit the customer's statutory rights when a product is defective, incorrectly described or not delivered as agreed.
Expected handling
MiGame reviews refund requests against payment status, delivery status, issuer rules, product condition, and applicable consumer rights.

Include your order number, product name, customer email, and a clear description. For a damaged or incorrect physical item, also include photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Contact MiGame before returning anything.
