Where is my digital product?
Check the order tracking page first. If the order is paid but not delivered, the delivery may be waiting for supplier confirmation or manual review.
Can I cancel a digital product order?
Cancellation depends on whether delivery has started and whether the digital product has already been issued or used. Contact support as soon as possible.
My code or link does not work. What should I do?
Contact support with your order number, product name and a screenshot of the error message. We will investigate the issue with the supplier.
Does MiGame store my card number?
No. Card details are handled by the payment provider. MiGame stores only payment identifiers and order status information needed for order processing and support.
Do I need an account?
Some features, such as order history and account-visible delivery tracking, may require an account.
