Terms for purchases made through MiGame.fi, including digital delivery, payment, cancellation, defects, restrictions and disputes.

Scope

These terms apply to purchases made through MiGame.fi unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Products

MiGame sells digital products such as game credits, app-store value, mobile top-ups, gift cards, reward links and software keys. Product-specific terms, redemption instructions and restrictions may apply.

Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in the online store. The checkout shows the total price before the customer confirms the order. Tax or VAT information is shown when available from the checkout configuration or payment provider.

Payments

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is processed by the payment service provider. MiGame does not store full card numbers.

Order process

The customer must review the order, price, product details, delivery information and terms before confirming the order. After successful payment, MiGame creates an order record and sends or displays an order confirmation.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email, customer account, digital code, reward link, top-up confirmation or another online workflow. Delivery may be instant or may require supplier confirmation or manual review.

Correct information

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address, account details and other information required for delivery. If incorrect details are provided, delivery may fail or be delayed.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

Digital content may be delivered immediately after purchase. If the customer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins, the customer may lose the right to cancel the purchase after delivery has started.

Defective digital products

If a digital product is defective, invalid or cannot be redeemed despite following the instructions, the customer must contact MiGame support. MiGame will investigate the issue and provide the remedy required by law, such as correction, replacement or refund.

Restrictions and issuer rules

Products may be subject to country, platform, brand, account or supplier restrictions. The customer must use products according to the issuer's rules and redemption instructions.

Support and liability

Support requests should include the order number, product name and a clear description of the issue. MiGame is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect customer information, third-party platform outages, customer misuse, violation of issuer rules or events outside MiGame's reasonable control. This does not limit the customer's mandatory consumer rights.

Force majeure, disputes and updates

MiGame is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control. If a dispute cannot be resolved with customer support, the consumer may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, if necessary, the Consumer Disputes Board. These terms are governed by Finnish law. MiGame may update these terms when the service, supplier workflows or legal requirements change.
